Context: Scaling internal execution and customer workflows via agent-based automation.

My role: Lead strategy, operating model, and delivery of the automation suite and agent platform.

What changed

  • Shipped AI Input (natural-language configuration) to reduce implementation friction and speed up onboarding.
  • Rolled out document intelligence agents (splitter, classifier, extractor) to auto-complete stipulations and reduce manual follow-up, improving time-to-funding.
  • Delivered a Rules Verifier to validate rules that previously required human intervention.
  • Established a deliberate, reliable approach to AI adoption focused on safe iteration and practical outcomes.
